- Automated and manual testing of a Mobile App (iOS and Android)
- Automated and manual testing of a cloud-based Web Portal
- Log issues in Azure DevOps to provide documentation to the development team for resolution
- Follow-up and re-test features as required to complete QA process
- Unit and Regression Testing of both new and existing features
- Internal and External Customer Support for the Web Portal and Mobile App
- Provide operational and technical support to both the internal Customer Service team as well as the end users if/when as case is escalated
- Troubleshooting and analyzing the back-end data for issues, and when necessary, correcting errors in the data
- 5+ years' experience with Relational Databases
- 5+ years' Customer Support
- Experience in QA / Unit testing software targeting a mobile platform
- Experience troubleshooting customer software issues
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Oracle Support, or similar ticketing system
- The ability to competently and patiently work with non-technical people to solve technical issues
- MS SQL Server experience
- Previous software coding experience
