This person will provide technical support for AEA assigned systems or platforms to include the modification, maintenance, repair, and upgrade (MRU) of fielded EW systems and related Support Equipment. Job Duties Include:- Test and evaluate AEA and related systems, subsystems, equipment and components both locally and at other test sites and locations.
- Conduct routine repair, retrofit, systems integration, calibration and testing
- In-line repair and testing; operation of test equipment
- Coordinate test schedules
- Prepare inputs for test plans; Review test plans and procedures
- Conduct or monitor system, subsystem, equipment or component testing
- Adjust units under test
- Analyze test results; Determine valid recommendations and conclusions based on test data
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must have at least 2 years of test and troubleshoot to component level repair experience post high school or GED to be considered.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. At least an Interim Secret is required to start. SAIC is willing to help obtain.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Automated Test Equipment experience
- Radio Frequency Troubleshooting experience
- Coax cable repair experience
- Soldering experience is beneficial
