- Experience with SAP, GMCC, Microsoft Excel and Access software and other used financial accounting systems is a must.
- Manufacturing Industry experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are essential.
- Understands the financials behind the Manufacturing processes in both Balance Sheet and P&L.
- Understands the volume movements and related financials behind the Supply Chain processes.
- Ability to work extended hours during various times of the month/year.
- Encompasses all things accounting related for the respective Sites of responsibility, including accounting and month end close activities, manufacturing fixed and variable cost analysis, manufacturing and corporate reporting, and internal control coordination, as well as additional core and adhoc functions for various site support organizations.
- Providing key information on historical and forward-looking trends and related cost analysis at the micro and macro level.
