- Being the go-to for subject matter expertise and leading day to day activities
- Providing guidance to team members in regard to product requirements
- Creating, reviewing and delivering end-user documentation (user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy
- Ensuring the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Working with an Engineering counterpart to define product release requirements.
- Working with Marketing communications to define go-to-market strategy and help understand product positioning, key benefits and the target customer.
- Working with Sales to understand key features and trends of the sales channel.
- Work with Product Owner to define the business requirements
- Maintain product backlog by creating product features and user stories
- Articulate business requirements to the Engineering Teams
- Validate business and technical requirements are met during the Sprint
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met
- Lead the sprint planning sessions
- Participate in Feature Prioritization sessions
- Facilitate backlog grooming and user story estimation sessions with the team
- Participate in the Team's Daily Stand Up and give daily updates
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of Agile methodology-based software experience.
- Knowledgeable in camera and digital recording technology such as CCTV, Video Streaming, Cloud Based Security
- Familiarity with video streaming protocols (RTSP, WebRTC, HTTP, SIP)
- Experience with launching cloud applications and SaaS business models
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Analytical and quantitative skills; able to resolve issues with well-structured analysis
