We are currently searching for a Quality Assurance Analyst in our Stanley Products & Solutions Group based out of our 3xLOGIC branch located in Fishers, Indiana. This position will be remote and only required to be in the office on a need by basis.

The Opportunity:

This role will join our expanding software engineering department and assist with the review, testing, and support for our VIGIL applications and services. As a highly innovative company the role will involve working with or around cloud technology, mobile apps, and other cutting-edge software solutions.

Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate with Product Managers, Developers, and other QA Analysts to understand technical design and determine appropriate test requirements
  • Design, estimate, document, and share results of test strategies within Azure DevOps
  • Highlight bugs, dependencies, and blockers associated with software features
  • Review user stories and fixes to confirm they function correctly and meet the intended user situation
  • Work with our business's support team to troubleshoot applications when they are escalated
  • Work in an international team environment, assisting and cooperating with other team members
  • Perform regression testing on applications
  • Good communication skill, and willingness to work with our international development team
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ years' experience supporting the technical needs of teams such as Sales, Finance, Contract Operations and Product Management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Agile software development and the software development life cycle
  • Knowledge about web-based applications
  • Experience with QA/Testing and best practices
  • Experience with SaaS
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Automated Software Testing
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL Server preferred)
