Job Title:
Project Coordinator - Industrial

Location: Fort Wayne, IN 46802 (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Contract Length: 12+ months, potential to extend

Pay rate- $35-40 an hour

Qualifications:
University Degree or Technical School Degree. Experience: 0 to 4 years

Responsibilities:
  • Works under the direction of a senior project engineer or project manager.
  • Demonstrate effective control of project cost expenditures
  • Provide monthly report on project performance metrics
  • Coordinate or direct the work of external consultants
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the numerous department stakeholders expectations and expert contributions and how they can contribute to the project success
  • Promote and Manage project safety, participate in incident investigations
  • Support the development and implementation of company project management tools, standards and processes to support the implementation of capital and maintenance programs within US
  • May start by using established procedures under direct supervision to conduct work and ongoing training to working under general guidance, working on routine business process by assisting business technical and professionals in a variety of business areas.
  • Execute projects relating to capacity and expense maintenance projects with respect to Gas and Electric Projects.
  • Provide budget input and assist in preparing the Decision summaries
  • Provide cost estimating with input from the Engineering team during the definition phase
  • Prepare all Project Work Authorizations
  • Manage sub-phases of projects during the implementation phase
  • Develop project execution plans and schedules, project proposals and regulatory applications
  • Provide liaison and guidance on matters relating to project controls
