BNX LLC. is a growing transportation company and we are in immediate need of a Dispatcher.
Job Responsibilities
Give drivers load information and monitor driver throughout duration of load to ensure on-time service
Oversee all driver pay to ensure accurate payroll for driver
Monitor driver miles & revenue and provide info to planners on weekly basis
Secure backhaul loads for drivers by means of phone, internet applications and e-mail.
Enter loads in database and other related data entry responsibilities when needed
Retention of driver by building good rapport with driver and continued communication
Necessary skills
Full understanding of DOT regulations
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel
Scanning and filing of documents
