District Dental Director to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults.   • Responsible for day-to-day management and function of all clinical activities of the assigned area which include recruitment, selection, hiring, training, and evaluation of all clinical oriented staff. This position is responsible for the assimilation and smooth operation of productive dental teams. In conjunction with the District Manager and Regional President, this position is responsible for the management and supervision of personnel, client/patient relations and satisfaction, and serving as a role model for clinical leadership/staff. This position reports to the Regional Dental Director and works closely with the Regional President in the coordination and flow of front office to clinical matters, patient and staff scheduling and clinic reporting.
  • This position will require approximately 70% chair time and 30% administrative within the designated area. Travel within the region is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of management experience preferably with a multi-site dental practice. Must have experience managing other dentists and staff. All candidates must have a degree in dentistry from a accredited dental program. In addition, candidates must have a current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where providing patient care (License must be in good standing) or be willing and able to obtain licensure. Candidates must be willing to live within the region they will be managing.
Qualifications:

We expect you to have:
  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
