We are currently hiring for RCI Sales & Customer Service Representatives for our Carmel, Indiana location.

Responsibilities:
This role provides world class levels of customer service to our members while selling vacation products and
services
Vacation Guides speak to RCI members and assist in booking all aspects of travel (i.e. flight, hotel, car, etc.)
Call center and sales experience helpful, but not required
Position requires vacation guides to meet individual, team and departmental goals and performance standards
Average first year compensation is $15.65/hour
Additional opportunities to participate in recognition programs, contests, and various incentive programs
available
Interactive 6 weeks comprehensive training program - Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m.- 6:00p.m.
Upon completion of training, initial schedule will be: 2:30p.m. – 11:00p.m.
Schedules include four 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Weekend shift ends at 8:00 p.m.
Potential for future work at home opportunities may be available for local Indiana residents

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Interest in travel is a huge plus!
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
Previous customer service experience
Highly motivated and strong desire to achieve individual and team goals
Must be reliable and coachable with a desire to learn
Must have strong communication and problem solving skills
Computer proficiency including Internet navigation ability is a must
Bi-lingual Spanish or French experience a plus
