Monarch is a top 50 (20th) multifamily owner in the country and privately owned since 1992. We currently manage over 56,785 apartments in twenty two states, in addition to a nationally franchised hotel and a ski and snowboard resort.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets, assists, and leases apartments
Tours the property and apartments with future residents
Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents
Creates all lease documents
Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
Helps Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in multi-family housing, sales or customer service field
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Have good verbal and written communication
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
- Leasing certification and fair housing knowledge preferred.
Benefits for full time employees:
- $13.00 to $15.00/hrs
- PLUS, $25 - $50 per New lease commissions
