Title : IT Quality Control Sr. Advisor (Quality Governance)

Location: Indianapolis IN OR Roanoke VA

This position will be responsible for conducting quality assessments of software development deliverables and processes within an agile organization. Identifying quality improvement action plans, implementation strategy and delivery.

Will Develop assessment testing strategy and plans to support testing objectives.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages the relationship with project/program stakeholders (IT and business).
  • Conducting Quality Review assessments of SDLC deliverables for Agile and project teams.
  • Plays a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of quality assessment components and identify quality improvements.
  • Defines appropriate assessment testing methods to employ to assure developed product conforms to requirements and design.
  • Reviews/Approves all project related test assets for completeness and quality.
  • Collects assessment metrics, reports status as defined in assessment plans with supporting data.

Qualifications Requires Bachelors degree preferred in Computer Science or Information Systems; 7 years of testing and product quality experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Demonstrated ability to manage testing efforts at across multiple systems.

An ideal candidate will have experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence and qTest. Versed in all aspects of software delivery and regulatory and compliance requirements.

Prior Development experience is highly preferred.

Experience in Quality Governance is required.

Experience working on assessment testing is required.

Experience working on process improvement, change management is required.

Quality Certification, such as CSTE, CSQA, CMST, CSQE preferred.
