If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team, we’d love to meet you!What You’ll DoDrive the Payables ProcessReceive, route, and enter vendor invoices for approval and paymentManage weekly payment runs with precisionCollaborate with our banking partner to streamline payments via an online platformDeliver Outstanding SupportProvide friendly, responsive service to both internal teams and external vendorsOnboard and maintain vendor records, including TIN matching and W-9 managementEnsure timely and accurate monthly sales tax paymentsPrepare and distribute annual Form 1099 and 1042-SBe a Key Player in InnovationActively participate in a major system conversion that was just launched. Learn current systems and contribute to smarter, more efficient processesMay be required to perform other duties as assigned.
