What We're Looking ForPerforms a variety of tasks in support of the real estate acquisition process, including but not limited to site visits, appraisal preparation, presenting offers and providing support to property owners. Works under a moderate degree of supervision when performing non-standard or more complex activities.Primary Focus Will Include:Assembling Buying and Appraisal packets
INDOT LRS system entry
Record meeting minutes
QA/QC of internal and sub consultant work
Uploading documents to INDOT ERMS
CAD work
Property owner and records research
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:Associate's degree
1 year relevant experience
What You'll NeedEssential Responsibilities:Conducts basic site visits and visual property inspections for potential impacts and meetings with property owners.
Reviews property appraisals and supports property owner negotiations.
Provides customer-facing support to property owners, referring non-standard questions to more senior representative.
Presents offering price for less complex properties, explaining offer details to property owner.
Reviews plats and construction plans for reasonableness based on site visit.
Prepares documents for title approval or eminent domain.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
2 years relevant experience
