- Design & Implementation for Azure Cloud and supported web/middleware technologies, Image Creation and Management, Configuration Management and Patching
- Resolve complex support issues
- Escalation point for support engineers
- Charged with driving automation, process efficiency, and efficient use of technology
- Provide inputs towards the relevant deliverables
- Administer all Azure components in use by client applications (IaaS and PaaS)
- Monitor operational status of all Azure components in use
- Review client documentation
- Periodic recommendations to clients to optimize performance, availability, and resource consumption
- Consult on cloud strategy, including application migrations and HA architectures
- Assist clients in development of implementation of operational processes (patching, config management, image management)
- Consult and guide client on selection and implementation of cloud operations toolset
- Provide guidance to clients on cost optimization of their cloud spend
- 10+ years of hands on experience with Azure Infrastructure, networking, and hybrid Azure architecture
- Experience with Azure VMware Solution (AVS)
- Experience in implementation of public, private and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Experienced on Infrastructure automation using DevOps tools
- Automation of operational processes
- Experience in Designing and implementing cloud solutions such including HA architectures, automated resource provisioning, and applications migration
- Experience with ExpressRoute and Global availability strategies
- Experience integrating with IDM platforms
- Infosec experience
- Azure certifications
