Prepares patients and explains testing procedure.
Screens patients for ability to perform and document information for medical records and reports.
Recognizes, documents, and reports cardiac rhythms and ECG changes related to cardiac stress testing.
Maintains and cleans equipment. Orders and stocks supplies.
What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required. Bachelor's in Exercise Physiology or related field preferred.
Work Experience:
One year stress test/cardiac rehab experience preferred.
