This Desktop Support Analyst position, which is a permanent opportunity, is located in the Indianapolis, Indiana, area. This is a hybrid onsite/remote role.- Your responsibilities in this role:
- Troubleshoot AD, Office 365, windows 10, and network connections
- work with end users to effectively resolve their IT related issues
- manage company iphones and troubleshoot when needed
- provide both onsite and remote troubleshooting of hardware and software
- 1+ years of desktop support or other related experience
- Experience with AD, group policy, O365, windows 10
- experience working though a ticketing system
- strong positive communicator
