Preconstruction Project Management personnel are expected to promote and exemplify safe work practices and ensure safety is appropriately budgeted in every project
Perform detailed quantity surveys both manually and electronically
Possess knowledge of and ability to develop detailed pricing (expertise in one or more trades as experience grows)
Develop detailed scopes of work by trade
Communicate with and conduct review meetings with subcontractors
Perform building systems analysis and constructability reviews
Possess knowledge of cost and pricing trends and develop escalation analysis
Provide leadership through building relationships, motivating others, providing clear direction, and cooperative teamwork

Must have bachelor's degree. Preferably in construction focus, but not required.
3+ years of construction experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Bluebeam and PlanSwift
Must be comfortable working in a team environment
Must be comfortable working with deadlines
Must be able to manage working on several projects at the same time
