Use your Security and Hardware expertise to solve exciting problems.The Workforce Productivity Services team is looking for a Virtualization engineer with experience with Citrix. If so, please apply.What You'll Be DoingYou will contribute to three key business problems we are trying to solve: improving stability and accessibility of existing Citrix environment through proactive monitoring and/or repair, developing solutions to improve security posture across our virtual environment, and problem solving integrations with other technologies such as AWS, Azure, etc. Your work will contribute to solutions used in manufacturing, to help ensure quality and operational excellence of medicine production for patients.How You'll Succeed- As a key contributor to this team, you will bring your high learning agility and relationship building skills to understand the critical business processes reliant on a stable Citrix environment.
- You will bring your virtualization experience develop and refine solutions using an agile dev/sec/ops approach.
- With your curiosity of all things technical and willingness to motivate change, you will work with peers to improve the digital user experience across Lilly.
- Demonstrated domain expertise in Citrix.
- Technical understanding of virtualization platforms, information, and concepts.
- Ability to understand and support virtualization and automation portfolios.
- Proven track record of high quality, user focused, on-time solution delivery.
- Experience solving complex issues related to integration of virtualization/cloud technologies; experience with these tools supporting manufacturing is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills, working across agile and diverse teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field

- High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of experience as an IT professional
- 3+ years experience in Virtualization engineering with Citrix
