- Support Microsoft solutions by identifying specifications, installing, configuring, and testing the services.
- You will develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust, and respect for the team.
- You will make face-to-face customer presentations performing discovery and writing scoping and levels of effort for delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Establish guidelines and standards for Microsoft solutions.
- Coordinate various IT staff and others to complete projects.
- Work with vendors to support applications and environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 5 - 10 years’ experience consulting or working in the enterprise infrastructure environments specifically with Office 365 migration and support.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience with MS Teams (administration and migrations).
- Extensive experience with designing and implementing Teams, including:
- Teams Voice with Direct Routing and Microsoft Calling Plans
- Call Flows and auto attendants
- Meeting, Live Event and Messaging Policies
- Teams and M365 Group Governance
- Meeting room planning, including setup and devices
- Extensive experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts.
- Experience with designing and Implementing OneDrive for Business.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release management.
