USD60,000-USD75,000Works together with the Project Manager and Superintendent to generate the initial project schedule
Monitors the project schedule daily, updates and generates two- and three-week outlooks with the Project Superintendent
Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project

College degree and experience in commercial construction working for a GC
Proven track record of effective people management
High attention to detail regarding project organization
Career oriented individual who wants to progress further in their career and take on additional responsibility
Proficient use of MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook , etc)
