Job Description: Role: REMOTE Sr. Java Developer

Location: Remote/Work-From-Home/Telecommute (EST or CST preferred)

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Apex Systems, a national leader in IT Services, is searching for a Sr. Java Developer for a Healthcare Technology client! This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity working on a high priority and high impact cloud solution in healthcare technology, to create better healthcare data and analytics. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about User Experience and using technology to improve healthcare across the country. Please see below for the technical qualifications!

Technical Qualifications:

• 6+ years in Java development and SDLC environments

• Experienced in creating and implementing development Best Practices, Policies, Mentoring peer developers, and enhancing team workflow.

• Strong development leveraging Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Experience working with cloud solutions and cloud based EDWs

• Use of JavaScript technologies such as They use ES6 with JQuery, AlloyUI, and Bootstrap

• Experienced with MVC Frameworks such as Spring

• Previous experience integration with BI Solutions such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI

• Web Services- SOAP and RESTful Web Services

• Familiar with Continuous Integration Solutions such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps

• Familiarity with SQL is helpful but not required
