- The FSA will work onsite and remotely with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement Salesforce.com.
- Building a clear requirements development strategy for each customer engagement.
- Leading discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.
- Organizing and driving process reengineering sessions.
- Identifying and creating an inventory customer process pain points and gaps in best practices.
- SFDC Sales Cloud
- SFDC Service Cloud (including CTI)
- SFDC Communities
- 8+ years experience as a CRM Business Analyst
- 5+ years Salesforce.com consulting experience leading business transformation projects
- Steelbrick CPQ experience is required
- Sales Cloud Experience is required
- Experience working in a scrum setting is required
- Pitcher (App Exchange Application) is required
