- Responsible for the SAP design of respective support modules by having a good end to end knowledge of the business process and how the legacy applications fit in with SAP.
- Ensure sustainability of the sap processes configured in SAP.
- Ensure all production documentation is up to date including functional specifications and test cases.
- Ensure all new developments conform to Cleveland Cliffs development standards.
- Train end users by conducting knowledge sessions and assisting with user documentation.
