We are seeking a Sr. Site Reliability Engineer who has experience with the Genesys Cloud platform. This person will be working alongside many different tech divisions delivering service and identifying root cause analysis related to homegrown applications, infrastructure support, and architecture and design. Key areas will be to monitor and identify issues within the current environment as well as play a key role in the migration from legacy technologies to the cloud within an enterprise environment. If you enjoy being a true problem solver and have a desire to fully utilize your Site Reliability experience to help not only the internal users, but also the external customer, than this role may be for you!

Required Skills:5+ Years of SRE experience- monitor, identify, analyze and solve issues within a complex enterprise system Genesys Cloud experience with migrating from legacy technology to the cloud (or similar technology)True problem solver taking the scientific/holistic approach to bringing a solution to the internal or external customerStrong communication skills to work throughout multiple technical divisions and collaborate

Desired Skills:Genesys Cloud CertificationTelephony/Voice background Higher Education Degree or similar experienceEnterprise/Healthcare experience
