I am looking for an experienced prep cook looking for a new direction. Everything in the restaurant is cooked on a Big Green Egg, Weber or Traeger Grills. Small space BBQ space with huge following. Lunch hours mainly, Mondays and weekends are a must. Looking to cover 25-30 hours right now but could move to full time. Working with the Charcoal Grills is a everyday activity. Training will be provided and you will be working closely with the Chef. Competitive rates for those who apply.
