VOLT Workforce Solutions has an immediate need for 100 P/T package handlers to work 3rd shift Monday-Thursday at the Indianapolis Airport. If you are selected, you will be provided with an opportunity to earn full time level wages working a part time job. Here is the best part…you will be evaluated during your 90-day probationary period and upon successful completion, offered full-time employment by a global leader in the overnight package delivery industry.

To qualify you must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Be able to secure reliable transportation to and from the work location.
Be able to successfully complete pre-employment screening; drug testing, criminal background investigation and government level finger-print investigation.
Be able to obtain steel toed/composite toed safety shoes prior to start.
Be able to lift packages up to 75 lbs. continuously.
Be able to work in hot/cold environment.
Be able to take verbal direction in a noisy, chaotic, fast-paced environment.
Be able to work safely.
Be able to work as part of a team.
Be available to start within 7 days of applying.
