What will you be doing?
- Responsible for all onsite preparation, task execution, pre- and post-implementation training and support.
- Collection of operational and key user data prior to implementation.
- Test WMS functionality related to process changes and system implementations and upgrades.
- Create process flows, SOPs (written and video), and presentations related to projects and process improvements and changes.
- Recommend WMS changes in support of the business unit goals.
- Document and deliver WMS training to operational personnel. Assist in training new users on WMS procedures where applicable.
- Perform WMS support for new facility implementations.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Inventory Control, and IT in resolving system and process related issues.
- Document and maintain best practices and SOPs for all relative job functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to perform work in a fast-paced setting, constantly adapting to a change-oriented environment.
- Ability to conduct WMS training, update documents/manuals and collaborate with all levels of management regarding WMS process and procedures.

- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently, be resourceful, and set priorities appropriately.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret customer specifications into operational process flows.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize WMS functionality to resolve business operational problems.
Requisite Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working within a Warehouse Management operation.
- Minimum of 1-year experience working with complex software applications as a super user, implementation or support analyst and/or trainer.
- Knowledge of SAP WM required. MM/SD/FI/CO a plus
- Background in Glass, Metal, and/or Industrial Manufacturing a plus.
- Prior experience in an external client-facing role a plus.
