- Consultant needs to maintain best practices and collaborates with the architecture and application teams to set the technical vision and target architecture
- Plan, design, implement, and support network systems of moderate complexity.
- Support WAN connections to ATI commercial endpoint devices and analyze utilization to determine circuit capacity requirements.
- Work closely with project and account managers to support all client network requirements.
- Provide network design documentation to project teams, peers, and network support organizations.
- Perform third level support within ATI/Infosys to resolve network issues and support the implementation of new network solutions.
- Provide engineering recommendations to ATI/Infosys regional and product representatives as requested.
- Conduct product evaluation and testing, and support application development teams.
- Support change management processes for the commercial networks environment.
- Support maintenance window activities on the commercial networks when required.
- Participate in the development, testing and QA functions to ensure project delivery.
- This person will be responsible for implementation and solutions delivery of Unified Communications products and enhancements based on current production deployments for Voice over IP and Trader Voice infrastructure.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Must be able to work in 24x7 production support environment
- Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours.
