Description:
We are looking for 2 Salesforce QA Tester resources with insurance experience of 2-3 years. It will be important that they know the lifecycle of Service Cloud. Knowing the workflow for opportunities, applications, quotes and contracts is very important. Health insurance knowledge is a bonus. This is a manual position. This will be in support of 2 large initiatives: Should have Salesforce object knowledge such as Process Flows, Omniscripts, Lightning, Java, Apex, and significant QA experience. This can come either in the form of real world experience or actual hands on background with Salesforce. Insurance experience with Salesforce is preferred, even better if it is in healthcare.
