Job Title: Machinist – 2nd Shift

Duration: 3+ Months (Contract)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM (2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour
Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Machinist to operate and assist with CNC equipment setup in a precision manufacturing environment. This role involves machining high-quality components to meet strict specifications and ISO standards. Experience is required — no training available.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in setup and operation of CNC and conventional machining equipment.
Fabricate, modify, and repair parts per specifications using lathes, mills, and grinders.
Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure conformance to blueprints and tolerances.
Perform tooling maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all quality and safety protocols.
Run multiple machines simultaneously as needed.
Qualifications
Associate degree or technical school certification in machining or related field preferred.
1–3 years of machining experience (CNC experience required; Willemin preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and precision measurement skills.
Works well under supervision with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
