Cisco UCS

Experience with any kind of enterprise storage technology such as NetApp

Ideal candidate would have experience with VMWare and experience in best practices surrounding virtualizing servers

Experience with any kind of enterprise backup technology such as CommVault

Any exposure to cloud technologies such as Google Google Cloud Platform a huge plus

Scripting languages such as PowerShell a plus, not required

Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:

We are seeking a knowledgeable Windows Systems Administrator for our enterprise, global client who is eager to learn and advance their career as a systems administrator. In this role you will spend the majority of time in the first 6-12 months providing day to day support, maintenance, troubleshooting of over 500 production servers, almost all are virtualized using VMWare. Almost half of their servers are hosted in Google Cloud Platform and very few are left on premise. This person will eventually assist with a rotational on call responsibility once fully trained. This team has a lot of opportunity for someone who will work hard and wants to get experience supporting a wide array of system administration tasks and technologies to work on major projects as time goes by. This person will also work heavily with Active Directory including Group Policy, Adds, Deletes, etc. This person will get to work for a very tenured manager who is great to work for within a company with a fun, casual but fast paced work environment. This role is required to be onsite at least 3 days per week so must be local to Indianpolis.
