The Tier 1 Help Desk Technician will be responsible for supporting printers and helping with basic Microsoft Windows problems. Need to know how to image machines as they have a big desktop refresh project upcoming.REQUIREMENTS- 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk role in a medium sized enterprise environment.
- Knowledge and experience with imaging desktop machines (SCCM preferred).
- Strong understanding of Windows 10 and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Windows Server /Active Directory/ Group Policy.
- Familiarity with office copiers, printers.
- Knowledge of IP Phone Systems (Mitel).
