Carter Express is growing our Anderson, IN Operation and is offering fantastic new driver positions!
Carter Express is searching for great driver candidates who are interest in Solo Regional Route or Team Routes.
Solo - Our Drivers are making "Out & Back" Round-trip routes from Anderson, IN to our customers in the
NAFTA Highway and back. Our average regional route has our drivers out for 2 to 3 nights per week. Miles vary between routes. Our management team, in Anderson, will share route details with interviewing driver applicants. Drivers work Five (5) days per week. They are Home at least Two (2) days per week (and sometimes home during their work week). Earn up to 44.5 cents/mile. Solo drivers can earn a $2,400 Sign On Bonus.
Team - Our Team Drivers are making "Out & Back" Round-trip routes from Anderson to our customers as far away as AZ and TX (and all points in between). Each of our Teams enjoy a minimum of Two (2) days of Home Time per week. Miles vary between routes. Our Team average 5,000 to 6,500 miles per week. Our management team, in Anderson, will share route details with interviewing driver applicants. Earn up to 56.5 cents per mile. Team drivers can earn a $7,500 Sign On Bonus.

Solo - 12 months experience, or more, 41.5 to 44.5 cents per mile. Plus Sign-On-Bonus
Solo - 6 months experience, start at 37.5 cents per mile with raise after 6 months
Teams - Earn up to 56.5 cents per mile. Plus Sign-On-Bonus
