Description 1. Handle all aspects of the sales process, including customer relations, quoting, establishing effective price points, authorizing returns and overseeing pricing guidelines
Understand customers' needs, competitive trends, identify sales opportunities
Meet sales goals and objectives. Ensure success/sales growth of the allocated sales territory
Track sales, produce sales reports, assist with monthly forecasting, meet department budget
Provide guidance, training and general oversight to sales agents within the allocated territory
Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads and quotes
Communicate (via email and telephone) with customer base and sales agents to handle orders, inquiries, and follow up in a prompt and detail oriented manner
Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers, quotes, new product ideas and competitive feedback
Generate new product sales, identify key customers and retain existing customers
Oversee and facilitate customer complaint process
Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
Track and expedite orders, and release material for shipment
Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
Resolve discrepancies and improve customer satisfaction by using standard procedures Requirements Microsoft Excel, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Pricing
