What’s a typical day look like?inspecting incoming goods to verify quantity, style, condition, color, size, logos, and other physical characteristics.
Researching via computer applications and physical inspection various information such as vendor goods on open orders, incoming shipment schedules, & inventory storage locations.
Loading and unloading trucks and/or overseas containers.
Operating carrier shipping applications to include UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and Endicia software among others.
Perform first level maintenance on equipment such as tire inflation, gasoline fill-ups, oil changes, propane tank exchanges, service & overhead door inspections, maintaining docks
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a valid driver’s license
Physical dexterity – ability to lift, bend, stretch, etc. to including package handling up to 70 pounds
Proficient on computer with experience using carrier applications and data entry experience
Have a high attention to detail
