Job Description
Bean Blossom Animal Clinic is currently looking to add a veterinary receptionist to our team. 1+ years’ experience preferred. Duties include but not limited to: greeting and signing clients in, scheduling appointments, answering phones, faxes and emails, processing lab results into client records and invoicing. Knowledge of Intravet software is a plus. This is a full time position (30-40 hours per week). Weekday shifts are 8am-6pm. Must work 2-3 Saturdays (8am-Noon) per month. We are closed on Sundays.
Salary based on experience

Qualifications
Applicant must be able to work well with our clients with a friendly and positve attitude. Experience with veterinary software is a plus!
