Job Skills / RequirementsSummary The Onboarding Coordinator supports all final steps in the candidate on-boarding experience after they have accepted a job offer.Core Responsibilities Assist new applicants and new employees in pre-hire and on-boarding steps.Verify documents for work eligibility and complete all required company, state and federal new hire paperwork.Facilitate all required background checks and drug tests as needed.Consultant to field leadership on remote hiring processing.Act as back up to the Recruiter by assisting a high volume of applicants in filling out on-line applications and communicating with the interview team throughout the process.Coordinate and facilitate high volume hiring events on and off-site. Ensure equipment, refreshments and seating is optimal for a successful event. Support sourcing as needed.Maintain weekly communication with community resources on open jobs and share upcoming community recruiting opportunities with the team.Maintain confidentiality at all times, to include Marsden, client and associate related information.Process applicants in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) processingSchedule and maintain inventory & administer drug testsData entry in compliance trackerI-9 Management in onboarding portal (e-verify)Create and file new hire personnel filesManage sub-contractor entrySend new hire information to PayrollAssign new hire pay cardsOrder promotional materialsSupport access resets for associatesOther responsibilities as assigned.SkillsAbility to provide professional customer serviceAbility to multitask and prioritizeAbility to work independently while still contributing to a teamAbility to problem solveAbility to provide excellent communication and listening skillsHighly organizedHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Additional Information / BenefitsScioto Services is an Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity Employer.
