- Responsibilities include Process Planning; Machine Specification Creation; Machine/Equipment Procurement; Installation/Trial Management; Quality Analysis, Adjustment and Improvement; Project Management; Schedule Control; Budget Control/Cost Reduction; Manufacturing Support/Process Tracking.
- BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work weekends, holiday periods, and shutdown periods to support tooling modification and installation projects
- Ability to travel to support work at machine vendors, Toyota manufacturing locations
- Strong computer (Catia / Carrot 3) modeling Experience
- 1-2 years Automotive/Manufacturing Hands on Engineering Experience
- 1-2 years Project Management Experience (Client PE Experience highly favored)
- 1-2 years Tooling Design, tooling procurement / jigs and weld tool experience
- 1-2 years Automotive or Body Welding Experience, new equipment procurement, new product launch
- 1-2 years Robotic Experience
- 1-2 years AGV Auto Guided Vehicle Experience
