We are a national law firm seeking attorneys admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and in need of local attorneys to make special appearances on behalf of our firm's post-conviction relief cases in Indiana. Our law firm specializes in this field and has many years of experience with the courts, Judges, and District Attorneys.
These motions are for Expungement, Restoration of Firearm Rights, Felony Reduction, and other post-sentencing remedies. We have already prepared, drafted, and filed all necessary documents, as well as served all necessary agencies. This position requires you to comprehend our pleadings and argue them well in court.
This is a contract position and you will be notified of hearings needing coverage as soon as we receive notice of hearings. Some months you may have a couple of clients to appear on and some months may not have any hearings.

COMPENSATION:
Our standard appearance fee is $90 for the first hour in court plus $1/min after the first hour in court. We don't typically cover time to review the case unless discussed beforehand, but we always cover parking and copy expenses.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction
- Ability to read simple motions pertaining to Expungement, Restoration of Firearm Rights, Felony Reduction, and other post-sentencing remedies
- Ability to advocate effectively in court
- Must be internet and email savvy
