The Sterling Group is seeking an experienced Property / Maintenance Manager to join our apartment community, Village at Wayne Trace Apartments, located in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a unique position as it requires Maintenance Technician responsibilities for all maintenance turns, work orders, light grounds work (trash pickup). The following requirements are necessary for this position: proficient skills in reading, writing, grammar, mathematics, excellent interpersonal relations and communications, and a passion for customer-focused service. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of residential property management experience, strong organizational and time management skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Strong leasing knowledge and experience required as well as marketing abilities.
