We are looking for an experienced home renovation handyman to complete a residential interior renovation project. This is a project-based job and must be completed within five (5) days.
Scope of Work:
Flooring Installation
Replace flooring in:
Living Room
Bedroom
Kitchen
Bathroom
Homeowner has selected the flooring material
Painting
Paint walls in 3 interior rooms
Professional prep and clean finish required
Bathroom Work
Remove and replace:
Vanity
Countertop
Requirements:
Strong experience with flooring, painting, and bathroom renovations
Must provide own tools
Must include your own helper (cost included in pay)
Ability to complete job in 5 days
Licensed & insured preferred (please state)
