Currently hiring for full and part time line cook positions. The location is downtown. The position includes the following responsibilities:
> Prep cooks (day) are expected to know how to read recipe cards and multitask efficiently
> Line cooks must be able to take direction well and understand the importance of putting food out for the customer that is fast and well presented
> All employees are expected to know that there is always work that can be done in a kitchen setting. We pride ourselves on having a clean work environment
Day shifts can begin as early as 9 a.m. and typically run until 5 p.m. Night shifts start at 5 p.m. and can run as late as midnight (depending) . All applicants are expected to have self motivation and good work ethic.
