- Experience with assessing risk documentation, verification validation documents, working on writing protocol and getting parts/material procured for testing
- Knowledgeable in development process, verification testing, and reviewing risk analysis
- Experience working with supply chain
- Experience being able to protect design intent on existing heritage products
- Write protocols, work with test lab, work with test engineers and technicians, fatigue testing, and surface finish measurements
- Ability to have patient perseverance in light of complex procedures
- Bachelor's in Engineering - Preferably Manufacturing or Mechanical
- 10+ years' experience with R&D in medical device (orthopedics preferred)
- 3+ years Management or Leadership experience
- Experience working with Adaptive
