Title: Analyst 2 - IT Operations/Enabling Technology & Security Specialist Location: Warsaw, Indiana, 46582 Duration: 12+ Months Pay rate: $18.00/HR on W2 Description: Provides technical support to the sales force to resolve IT and software related requests Completion / coordination of Hospital IT forms Interfacing with US Sales team and Customers to support new accounts Participating in meetings with Hospital IT teams to discuss technical areas listed below Provide technical subject matter expertise to the Contract Management team; review and provide input/feedback on the technical provisions in various types of agreements and information security-related documents. Develop and maintain Data Security Fact Sheets and technical databases for all VELYS products High level understanding of or ability to learn the following technical focused areas: Cybersecurity security protocols and terms that may be utilized by a product (e.g. TLS, AES, Hash, Ciphertext) industry buzz words and how they may apply to a product(e.g. Cloud, AWS, S3, EC2, PaaS, SaaS, NIST, ISO 27001 etc.) various authentication methods and added layers (e.g. Interactive login, SSO, MFA, Federated services) Network architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams communication between frontend, middle tier, backend Specs and Standards HITRUST, HIPAA, NIST, ISO, ADA, GDPR Requirements: Bachelor's degree or associate degree in technical field Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, research, and multitasking abilities. Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills. Skilled at reviewing technical-specific contractual language in agreements and related documents. This position is the first line of defense to answer more technical technology questions, fill out form questionnaires and be responsible for finding answers to new questions.
