This is an opportunity for a Tier 1/2 Deskside Agent to work for an established yet rapidly growing organization to field second level support calls requiring a high level of customer service skills. This position will primarily focus on acting as the escalation point for all the other Tier 1 Service Desk Support Analysts. This person would act as an administrator to several key applications, handle more advanced Active Directory issues, work with other IT teams, and resolve IT issues including PC desktop problems, connectivity issues, O365, etc. This role offers someone the opportunity to act as a right hand to the Service Desk Manager and be considered for advancement within 12-24 months to other IT teams within the company. This person would bring a tier 2 level of support to the team including some knowledge of servers to help the support center lower the number of calls they need to escalate.
