Our small team is looking for a big contributor to connect our local customers (Zearing, Clemons, St. Anthony, McCallsburg Iowa) with information, entertainment, and family/friends via voice, video, and internet services and products. You will have face-to-face contact with our customers installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing communications equipment fed by copper and fiber optic facilities.
This opportunity would suit somebody who is:
Computer savvy and proficient in consumer communications gear (routers, servers, switches, modems).
Enthusiastic and personable in identifying customer needs and collaborating with colleagues.
Proactive, has initiative and can perform well with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working outside (splicing, locating) as well as inside.
