National property management company is seeking a maintenance technician for their property in Bone, IA. We are seeking a full time knowledgeable, self-motivated, experienced maintenance professional to join our team. HVAC experience is a plus but not required. Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities and qualifications include:
Maintain general appearance and maintenance of the property
Prepare unit turns
Basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical
Must provide your own tools
Ability to work on-call
Customer Service oriented
1 year of previous maintenance experience required
HVAC experience and COP certified preferred.
