Assist with quarterly tax account analysis

Prepare unremitted earnings submission

Assist with special projects including the preparation of management presentations, historical tax rate analysis, and review of tax rate and law changes

Assist with annual corporate income tax filings

Support continuous process improvement including tax provision software, Longview

Position RequirementsEducation & ExperienceUndergraduate or advanced degree in accounting. CPA preferred

A minimum of 5 years of tax accounting or finance experience in a large, multi-national, corporate tax or accounting firm environment

Technical Skills & Enabling CompetenciesPreferred working knowledge of tax accounting theory, including ASC 740, ASC 450, etc. including financial statement presentation

Preferred general knowledge of tax planning and reporting functions

Ability to identify opportunities to combine tax and accounting knowledge to improve business results

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with others throughout tax and finance organizations, at HQ and business units

Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
