Position Overview:We are currently searching for a Systems Engineer Co-op to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA. As a systems engineer in the Avionics Computing Products department, you will be part of a multi-functional team comprised of systems and hardware engineers leading the development of all computing products for the Avionics Business Unit. The overall charter of the Computing Products department is to design and support ruggedized military avionics equipment, generally for military customers (fixed, fighter, and rotary wing). Equipment types consist of mission computers, control display units, video processing units, and aircraft control panels The successful candidate will gain exposure and contribute to the design and verification of product lines within the department. Integrate, validate, and verify system functionality in the lab
Technical collaboration among systems, hardware, and software design functions.
Assist in resolving technical problems that cross hardware and software functional domain areas.
Basic Qualifications:Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
Must be a US Person/ Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
