Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: Top SecretJob Family: Business Process AnalysisGDIT is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to help support an exciting new Cloud Service Offering contract, Defense Enterprise Office Solutions (DEOS). Although this position allows for some remote work, the employee will be required to report onsite several days a week in Fort Meade, MD.NOTE: This position is contingent upon contract funding and tasking.The Computer Systems Analyst will:Responsible for capacity planning and performance analysis ofnetwork, security, and Azure environments.

Determines current levels of system and application resource utilization and performance.

Constructs analytical models describing utilization and performance at multiple levels of granularity.

Develops workload projection methodologies to estimate future resource requirements.

Supports resource chargeback rate-setting activities.

Performs workload sizing for new and existing applications.

Supports the implementation of hardware and software upgrades.

Constructs capacity plans.

Develops and implements systems to analyze and report levels of utilization and performance.

Oversees storage of capacity and performance data. Recommends parameters that regulate the relative utilization levels of workloads.

Supportsthe measurement and reporting of service level objectives.

Supports disaster recovery sizing activities.

Supports capacity management audits.

Utilizes the capacity management tool set.

Coordinates team capacity management activities.

Analyzes user interfaces, maintains hardware and software performance tuning, analyzes workload and computer usage, maintains interfaces with outside systems, analyzes downtimes, analyzes proposed system modifications, upgrades and new COTS.

Analyzes the problem and the information to be processed.

Defines the problem, and develops system requirements and program specifications, from which programmers prepare detailed flow charts, programs, and tests.

Coordinates closely withrespective network, security, and cloud engineersto ensure proper implementation of program and system specifications.

Required Qualifications :ActiveDoD Top Secret clearance

IAT8570 Level II Certification

BA/BS Degree

6years of experience (additional years of experience and/or certifications may be considered in place of education)

Experience using modeling and monitoring tools

Ability tothrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Able to report onsite as indicated above
